3# Myte: Sukker gør dig træt
Sandt og falsk:

Hvis du indtager sukkerholdige produkter, stiger sukkermængden kortvarigt i blodet. Når energiniveauet topper, får du mere energi, men det bliver forbrændt hurtigt. Så føler du dig træt igen og får lyst til mere sukker. Alle kender følelsen af at gå sukker kold. Det opstår ved at maven brokker sig over at ikke at ha fået ernæring i lang tid. Du begynder at ryste, måske føler du dig svimmel, at du skal besvime. Sukker fra slik hjælper dig hurtigt med problemet, men efterfølgende vil det give bagslag.
Spis et stykke frugt og et stykke rugbrød med fedtfattig ost eller noget andet der langsomt giver en stigning i blodsukkeret.

3# Myth: Sugar makes you tired
True and false

If you occupies sugary products, the amount of sugar raises shortly in your blood. When the energy level is at the top, you get more energy, but it will be burned quickly. Then you will feel tired again and wants more sugar. Everybody knows the feeling of getting a sugar cold. It appears when the stomach is complaing about not getting nutrition in a long time. You start to shake, maybe you start to feel dizzy, like you’re going to faint. Sugar from candy helps you qucikly with the problem, but following it will give backfire.
Eat some fruit and a slice of rye bread with low-fat cheese or something else that slowly increases your bloodsugar.
