4# Myte: Du får slap hud af at spise sukker
Falsk:

Mange skønheds eksperter mener, at sukker skader huden og giver rynker. Men der er ingen dokumention bag det. Mennesker som generelt spiser meget sukker, har muligvis en livsstil som gør at de ikke får de næringsstoffer som de skal have. Men rygning og solbadning er større syndere i forhold til hudens elasticitet. Hvis du spiser så meget sukker at det fører til overvægt, så kan man sige at sukker giver en slap hud. Men en lille ting er ikke slemt i ny og næ.

4# Myth: You get sagging skin by eating sugar
False:
Many beauty experts thinks that sugar damages the skin and gives wrinkles. But there isn’t any documentation behind it. People who generally eat a lot of sugar probably has a lifestyle that does at their skin doesn’t get the nutrients that it needs to have, but smoking and sunbathing is bigger sins in comparison to the skins elasticity. If you eat so much sugar that it leads to overweight you can say sugar gives a slappy skin. But a little thing isn’t bad every now and then.
